Sunshine on the way, but Sunday will be wet, cold and dreary

Precipitation, and snowfall were both higher than normal, with 2.56 inches of precipitation, compared to a norm of 1.71 inches, and 15.6 inches of snow, compared to the normal 8.9 inches. Elitch Gardens theme park postponed its opening day on Saturday, and again on Sunday. Denver residents are waking to a snow-globe view of the world this Sunday -- again. After that there is a slight chance of rain showers and thunderstorms into the weekend, according to Kari Bowen.

Laremy Tunsil bong video was offered for sale weeks ago, website says

In a new wrinkle to the Tunsil tale, it seems the video has been around for a while.Deadspin.com posted Thursday that it was offered on April 12 to buy the video -- which was posted to Tunsil's Twitter account right before Thursday's first round of the draft. Tunsil, thought to be one of the top players in the draft, fell to 13th overall, where Miami took him. It declined to take up the offer from an unknown source that had emailed the website.

Sports Romania: police confiscate Byzantine coins from British man

Romanian border police say they have confiscated 71 Byzantine coins from a British citizen traveling from Turkey to Romania.Police said in a statement Friday they found the coins in five plastic bags Thursday in the luggage of a 43-year-old man as he crossed into Romania from Bulgaria on a bus. Byzantine coins were used between the fifth and 15th centuries.Romanian police are investigating the man on suspicion of illegally possessing objects that are cultural patrimony.
