Investigation under way after police take a week to find body of charity worker

Andrew Bow’s body was discovered on Wednesday, March 23, seven days after broken windows in his flat were first reported to Edinburgh City Council. It is understood the council passed the information to Police Scotland, but it took a call from a second concerned neighbour before officers finally visited the 36-year-old’s home, where they found him lying dead.Details of how or when Mr Bow died have not yet been made public.
