And fracking is considered a vital technique in those production efforts. Nevertheless, Colorado obviously has a huge interest in the orderly, safe and efficient production of energy, as the court pointed out. In fact, the court explicitly rejected the idea that the state has sole authority over oil and gas operations.

Likely Sports Authority store closure shouldn't impact Longmont's sales tax revenue
